MeetingMeter
See what a meeting costs as it happens.
Help with this app
Enter the attendee count and an average hourly cost, then start the meeting. You can also enter individual rates. Pause when the meeting takes a break; stop to review its estimated cost. Currency selection changes how the amounts are displayed; it does not convert exchange rates.
If the timer looks unexpected, check whether the meeting was paused and whether the device clock changed. Save or share a summary before discarding it. Saved meetings can be deleted from history; use Undo immediately if you delete one by mistake.

Information on your device
MeetingMeter stores attendee counts, entered hourly costs, currency, saved presets, active timer state and meeting summaries you choose to save on your device. The core workflow works without an internet connection.
We do not receive this content through the app and do not operate a cloud backend for it. MeetingMeter has no account registration, advertising, behavioural analytics, tracking SDK or subscription. We cannot access or restore your meetings from a NoCloud server.
Permissions and sharing
MeetingMeter does not need camera, microphone, contacts or location access. It creates summary images on your device. When you choose Share, the operating system passes a copy to the destination you select. An email, messaging or cloud-storage service you choose has its own privacy practices.
Storage and deletion
You control how long to keep your saved meetings and presets. Use the app’s delete or discard actions to remove them. A saved-meeting deletion can be reversed using the immediate Undo action. Deleting app content does not remove summaries already shared or saved elsewhere.
Removing the app or losing your device can remove your only copy. Device backups and transfers are controlled by your operating system and settings; do not rely on them as a guaranteed way to restore MeetingMeter data. We do not provide cloud backup or recovery.
Temporary summary images can remain while a receiving app reads them. On a later app launch or share, the app cleans up supported share-cache files older than one day. Cleanup does not run while the app is closed. Deletion is not a promise of forensic secure erasure.
App stores, support and this website
The store handles purchases and downloads under its own policies and may provide sales statistics or platform diagnostic reports. This is separate from MeetingMeter’s local processing.
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send through Gmail. Routine support emails are deleted 12 months after an enquiry closes, except information needed for a continuing dispute or legal obligation. Visiting this website also sends request information to its hosting provider, Cloudflare. See website and support privacy for details and provider policies.
Privacy questions and requests
Email ascaidevlabs@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you have sent us. Identify the relevant email conversation without attaching private meeting data. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned. For meetings stored only on your device, use the app’s controls; we cannot retrieve or delete them remotely.
