Set your business profile and tax label, add a customer and line items, then share a quote PDF. Convert a quote into a separate invoice snapshot. Rates are configured by you; the app does not look up tax rules or process payments.

Issued records lock until deliberately unlocked. Deleting a customer does not rewrite their details in historical documents. Export a full JSON backup to preserve your business profile, customers, documents, logos and numbering history.

Information on your device

QuotePad stores business/contact/address details, user-entered payment information, customer records, logos, quotes, invoices, tax configuration and numbering history in its local SQLite database. Logo normalisation and PDF generation happen locally.

JSON backups include customer and payment details and are not encrypted. Choose a private destination. Logo images are reconstructed without inherited EXIF/GPS metadata; the file selected by you is not modified.

The core workflow works without an internet connection. We do not receive your app content through the app and do not operate a NoCloud server for it. The app has no account registration, advertising, subscription, tracking SDK or third-party behavioural analytics. We do not sell personal information. We cannot access or recover your local app content remotely.

Permissions and sharing

Logos and backups are selected through the operating system file picker. PDF and backup exports use the native share sheet. Camera, microphone, contacts, device location and notification access are not required.

A photograph, document or backup you select through a system picker may come from a cloud provider you use. When you choose Share, the operating system passes a copy to your selected destination. Email, messaging, file and cloud-storage services have their own privacy practices. NoCloud does not receive that copy unless you deliberately send it to us, for example by email.

Storage and deletion

Customers and unlocked draft documents can be removed with the app controls. Historical snapshots and number reservations remain where needed to preserve issued documents and prevent identifier reuse. App-owned exports are removed after normal sharing; interrupted exports older than one day are cleaned on a later launch. Recognised picker copies are cleaned after use, with interrupted cleanup retried on a later launch.

Removing the app or losing your device can remove your only copy. Device backups and transfers are controlled by your operating system and settings; do not rely on them as a guaranteed recovery mechanism. NoCloud provides no cloud backup or recovery. Deleting app content does not delete source files, exports or backups stored elsewhere. Cleanup runs when the app performs the relevant operation, not continuously while it is closed. Normal file deletion is not a promise of forensic secure erasure.

App stores, support and this website

The store handles purchases and downloads under its own policies and may provide sales statistics or platform diagnostic reports. This is separate from the app’s local processing.

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send through Gmail. Routine support emails are deleted 12 months after an enquiry closes, except information needed for a continuing dispute or legal obligation. Avoid attaching private photographs, documents or customer records unless necessary. Visiting this website sends request information to its hosting provider, Cloudflare. Privacy questions and requests

Email ascaidevlabs@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you sent us. Identify the relevant email conversation without attaching private app content. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned. For content stored only on your device, use the app’s controls; we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
