ShiftPay
Know your shifts. Know your pay.
Help with this app
Configure your rates, timezone, shift definitions and repeating rota with an anchor date. Apply individual overrides without changing the underlying pattern. Pay is an estimated gross amount based on your settings, before deductions; check the rules against your own employment agreement.
Reminders are optional and approximate. The app schedules up to 60 shifts within the next 90 days; open it regularly to refresh them. Device restrictions can delay notifications. Export a full JSON backup before moving devices.

Information on your device
ShiftPay stores rota patterns, shift definitions, pay rates, timezone, user-entered premium dates, dated overrides, sickness/leave labels and reminder preferences in local SQLite. It does not contact payroll, tax, calendar or holiday services.
Full JSON backups include these settings and labels. They are not an encrypted backup service; choose a private destination. Restoring a backup replaces saved configuration only after validation and does not grant notification permission on the new device.
The core workflow works without an internet connection. We do not receive your app content through the app and do not operate a NoCloud server for it. The app has no account registration, advertising, subscription, tracking SDK or third-party behavioural analytics. We do not sell personal information. We cannot access or recover your local app content remotely.
Permissions and sharing
Optional notification permission is requested when you enable reminders. Notification text includes shift name, date, start time and timezone; your device settings control lock-screen presentation. Calendar and pay remain usable without that permission. Notifications are scheduled locally rather than through a remote push service. Camera, microphone, contacts and device location access are not required; the configured timezone is not GPS tracking.
A photograph, document or backup you select through a system picker may come from a cloud provider you use. When you choose Share, the operating system passes a copy to your selected destination. Email, messaging, file and cloud-storage services have their own privacy practices. NoCloud does not receive that copy unless you deliberately send it to us, for example by email.
Storage and deletion
You can change or remove dated shifts, use Undo where offered, and replace settings through a confirmed restore. App-owned temporary backup files are removed after normal sharing. Interrupted operations or copies held by the operating system or receiving app may remain until their own cleanup occurs. The local database is not claimed to be encrypted.
Removing the app or losing your device can remove your only copy. Device backups and transfers are controlled by your operating system and settings; do not rely on them as a guaranteed recovery mechanism. NoCloud provides no cloud backup or recovery. Deleting app content does not delete source files, exports or backups stored elsewhere. Cleanup runs when the app performs the relevant operation, not continuously while it is closed. Normal file deletion is not a promise of forensic secure erasure.
App stores, support and this website
The store handles purchases and downloads under its own policies and may provide sales statistics or platform diagnostic reports. This is separate from the app’s local processing.
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send through Gmail. Routine support emails are deleted 12 months after an enquiry closes, except information needed for a continuing dispute or legal obligation. Avoid attaching private photographs, documents or customer records unless necessary. Visiting this website sends request information to its hosting provider, Cloudflare. See website and support privacy for details and provider policies.
Privacy questions and requests
Email ascaidevlabs@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you sent us. Identify the relevant email conversation without attaching private app content. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned. For content stored only on your device, use the app’s controls; we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
