What to include

• The app name and version.
• Your phone model and iOS or Android version.
• What you tried, what you expected and what happened.
• The wording of an error message, with personal details removed.

Please do not send receipts, identity documents, a full inventory or other private files unless specifically needed and requested. We do not have a server copy of your in-app content.

Keep your local data safe

Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its storage as a first troubleshooting step: that can erase your only copy. Use an available export or backup first. Keep originals and drafts when a conversion or export fails so you can retry.

Purchases and refunds

Purchase and refund requests are handled through the store used to buy the app. Do not email payment-card details or account passwords.

Email support

Contacting support is optional. When you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and associated email details. We use them to respond to your enquiry and resolve support issues, not for advertising or mailing lists. Sending an email does not give us access to your app’s local database.

Our support mailbox is hosted by Gmail, so Google processes the correspondence to provide that service. See Google’s privacy policy. Routine support emails are deleted 12 months after an enquiry closes, except information needed for a continuing dispute or legal obligation. This retention period applies to our mailbox, not copies retained by you or email providers under their own policies.

This website

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Serving a page requires Cloudflare to receive request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details and request time. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver and protect the service under its privacy policy. Its retention and international processing practices are described there.

These pages contain no analytics, advertising, JavaScript, contact forms or embedded third-party content. We do not set cookies through these pages. Hosting a support website is separate from the offline apps: visiting it does not upload your in-app content.

Privacy questions and requests

Email ascaidevlabs@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you have sent us. Tell us which correspondence the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity using the existing email conversation; do not send identity documents unless specifically requested and necessary.

We cannot access, export or erase data held only inside your app. Use its local controls for that content. Provider-held information is also subject to the relevant provider’s privacy process. Changes to this notice will appear here with an updated effective date.
